Kr.A、 White, W.0.1. 1/c Garrison Schools, has been well known to me for the past three years, during which time I have had ample opportunity of observing his work.
He has always appeared to me to carry out his duties in the thoroughly able and conscientious manner. He has never apared himself in the interests of the children under his charge, and his good influence upon them has been most noticeable. In losing his services owing to the reduction scheme, the Army loses a man of the highest character and a valuable and experienced teacher, who has always given of his best. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending him for employment under the local Education Authority.
